Gheorghe Stan

Gheorghe Stan is a Director of Product Management at UiPath, focused on how enterprises govern AI agents: keeping them within boundaries, operating under company rules, and using only approved data. He approaches that problem from both sides of the table. For nearly two decades at IBM, as a Software Engineering Manager and Software Architect, he built the complex, distributed systems that regulated, mission-critical industries run on. During his tenure at UiPath, Stan has shaped the automation product those same enterprises depend on.
